摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and secure energy.SOLUTION: Nuclear fuel rods, nuclear reaction control rods and radioactive components of a nuclear power plant are purged and removed, and left entire facilities are activated, utilized and converted into a sunlight power plant. In place of nuclear fuel rods, heat-proof heating rods are passed from a lower water area of the reactor to the central upper part, the heat-proof heating rods at the upper end of the reactor are rigidly sealed with heat-proof member at its surrounding part, the extremity ends of the heat-proof heating rods protruded out of the reactor are enclosed with a heat-proof inner wall mirror box, its upper-most extremity end is formed into a conical shape, exposed and arranged. Focal point collecting sunlight is directly projected against the upper-most extremity ends of the heat-proof heating rods to heat water in the reactor to generate steam. A steam turbine is rotated with this steam to rotate a power generator to generate electricity. A system capable of tracking the sun from morning to evening is constructed. In this way, it is possible to convert the nuclear power plant to a safe, secure, perfect and exemplary power plant utilizing regenerative energy for all seasons as long as sunshine is present. Azimuth direction and physical relation are based on latitude in Japan. This system can be similarly adapted for each of the regions of the tropic of Cancer, equator and the tropic of Capricorn.
