The invention relates to a women's heeled shoe (C) with a shank (1) having a recess for a quickscrew fastener (2) which allows quickly removing and replacing the heel (3), and which, together with a flexible insole (4), preferably a PVC moulded insole, and an elastic junction (5) in the quarters (6) or vamp (7), allows a closed shoe (C) with a heel (3) to be converted into a flat shoe (8) or a sandal-like shoe (C) with a heel (3) to be converted into a flat sandal (9), for example, or vice versa. The shoe also comprises a second screw (25) or pin arranged radially in relation to the screw (23) already available in the front side of the heel, thus remaining hidden under the shoe, this second screw (25) preventing the central, heel-fastening screw (23) from becoming accidentally loose. The shoe also comprises a flange (G) with an inner screw thread incorporated into the insole (P) by pressing in such a way that screw positioning imperfections can be corrected by rotating the flange. The invention also includes an insole shaping technique, wherein the edges of the rear region (heel) for each specific size are cut to converge at an angle designed for the top side of the insole to correspond to each desired shoe size, while the underside of all the insoles whatever the shoe size have the same width, allowing the insole to be adjusted correctly to a single heel size. |
