PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate at least a part of problems with conventional liquefaction countermeasure technologies.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for an improved ground structure, a plurality of plate-form members are prepared, to be buried in a ground, having an opening 28 to allow water to permeate, and to be connected removably to each other. A fine grain material storage part 2 and a coarse grain material storage part 4 are formed by connecting the plate-form members to each other, the fine grain material storage part including a rectangular parallelepiped measuring A in length and D1 in depth, and the coarse grain material storage part being partitioned from the fine grain material storage part 2 by the plate-form member, being adjacent to the fine grain material storage part 2, and including a rectangular parallelepiped measuring B in width and D2 in depth.
