PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper catalyst structure that has high catalytic activity and is suitable as an alcohol oxidation catalyst.SOLUTION: This invention provides a paper catalyst structure including metal oxide fiber, alumina and ruthenium, wherein a coating layer including alumina of γ structure is formed on the surface of the metal oxide fiber, and the coating layer including alumina of γ structure holds ruthenium. |
