The closure (10) has a stopper (11) insertable in a sealed manner into an orifice of a bottle neck (20) and a closure cap (15), which surrounds the stopper and an end of the bottle neck from an outer side, where the end is adjacent to the orifice. The closure cap is swivelable relative to the stopper, and a guiding device (18) is arranged between the closure cap and the stopper. A lifting movement of the cap is implemented relative to the stopper by guiding device during the rotation of the cap. The lifting movement runs perpendicularly to the rotating motion.
