PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following inconvenience: a conventional transfer method of building members by means of a crane is dangerous because of an influence of wind etc. SOLUTION: There is provided an article transfer carriage device which is formed of: a plate fixed to the building member to be moved; an H-steel insertion groove formed in the plate; a pair of rotatable wheels arranged on the plate at locations above the insertion groove, in a manner being opposed to each other and spaced away from each other; and a means for fixing an H-steel inserted into the insertion groove and the plate to each other. Thus by placing the wheels on a flange of the H-steel, the building member is made freely movable on the H-steel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
