A medicine comprising a 1-indansulfamides compound such as N-[(1 S )-2,2,5,7-tetrafluoro-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]sulfamide, or N-[(1 S )-2,2-triffuoro-7-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-1-yl]sulfamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, has an analgesic effects in the mouse hot-plate test and rat constriction nerve injury model and thus holds promise as a therapeutic agent for acute and chronic pain. |
