The present invention includes a step for executing a first application; a step for executing a second application during the execution of the first application; and a step for overlay displaying in which a screen of the second application is output in overlay with a screen of the first application. The screen of the first application or the second application that is positioned forward is in a semi-transparent state and allows input and output while the screen of the first application or the second application that is positioned backward has a limited input function and an executable output function. According to the method for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention, a plurality of screens can be launched at the same time on a display unit, and thus two operations can be performed simultaneously or continuously. Accordingly, a new operation can be performed without having to end a previously performed operation, and thus time can be saved. |
