Disclosed are a multi injection server and a method thereof. The multi-injection server according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a container having an application execution environment; a multi injection control unit for generating the container for executing an application according to a request of a terminal connected through a local session, executing the application through the generated container, and intercepting an input/output of the application executed by the container; and a service provision unit for providing an output screen acquired by the multi injection control unit on the terminal.
