The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompund thermoelectric material and the nanocompound thermoelectric material manufactured thereby. The Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound manufactured through a liquid reduction process according to the embodiment of the present invention improves uniform nanoparticles and prevents the growth of particles by not performing a separate thermal treatment for removing a chemical addictive. Thereby, The thermal conductivity of the Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound is reduced by forming the particles of the Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound between 1 and 100nm with a uniform distribution. Therefore, the thermoelectric performance index of the Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound thermoelectric material is ultimately improved. |
