Thereby, The thermal conductivity of the Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound is reduced by forming the particles of the Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound between 1 and 100nm with a uniform distribution. Therefore, the thermoelectric performance index of the Bi2TeySe3-y nanocompound thermoelectric material is ultimately improved.
