A multi layers of conductive material is provided to replace an expensive conductive foaming agent, a conductive woven, and a plane heating element by supplying the multi layers of conductive material with improved reliability and various functions. A multi layers of conductive material includes a sheet type substrate(1), a cutting slit, a top surface conductive layer, a bottom conductive layer, and a connection conductive layer. The sheet type substrate is made of a softness polymer. The cutting slit is formed on a predetermined position of the sheet type substrate. The top and bottom surface conductive layers are formed on each of top and bottom surfaces of the conductive material on the whole. The connection conductive layer is formed on the cutting slit to make the top and bottom surface conductive layers electrically connected each other. The connection conductive layer is formed with at least conductive resin.
