PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic impregnated into nonwoven fabric, prepared by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with a cosmetic containing one or more kinds selected from an amino acid, an amino acid derivative, a peptide and a salt thereof, and having good stability of a color tone, and excellent touch feeling in use. SOLUTION: The cosmetic impregnated into the nonwoven fabric, having the good stability of the color tone, and the excellent touch feeling in use is prepared by impregnating the nonwoven fabric containing a polyethylene terephthalate and cotton with a cosmetic containing 0.5-5.0 mass% of one or more kinds selected from the amino acid, the amino acid derivative, the peptide and the salts thereof.
