SPECIMEN HOLDER AND ANALYSIS APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

A specimen holder and analysis apparatus having the same is provided to reduce vibration which is generated from external environmental by removing a cable between the main case and the plug. A sample holder comprises a main body member(110), a sample holding part(120) and a plug(130), and the main body member has the main case and driving part which is mounted inside of the main case. The sample holder is connected with the main case and the plug is contacted with the main case while being expanded to the same direction of the sample holder. The plug is connected with the driving unit, and a plug receiving unit is contacted with the plug of the sample holder.
