A rolling bearing device in which a retainer is stably held when the bearing rotates at high speed, direct contact between guide surfaces is prevented, and a power loss at a retainer guide clearance is reduced. The rolling bearing device has a rolling bearing (1) where rolling bodies (4) held by the annular retainer (5) are arranged between raceway surfaces (2a, 3a) of an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (3), and also has a nozzle member (8) placed adjacent to the outer ring (3). The nozzle member (8) has an annular flange (8a) inserted in a bearing space between the inner ring (2) and the outer ring (3) and having a nozzle hole (10) for a lubricant. An outer diameter surface (8aa) of the flange (8a) functions as a retainer guide surface, and the retainer guide surface (8aa) is caused to guide an inner diameter surface (5a) of the retainer (5).
