The present invention relates to a pattern block manufacturing apparatus and a pattern block manufacturing method using the same. The pattern block manufacturing apparatus includes: a main mold prepared with an injection space having open upper and lower surfaces; a mounting plate coupled to a lower part of a mounting frame to close a lower part of the injection space; a dividing partition mounted in the main mold to partition the injection space into a main space injected therein with main composition and a sub space injected therein with pattern composition, and penetrated therethrough with a pattern forming hole having a predetermined pattern so that a portion of the pattern composition injected into the sub space is introduced into the pattern forming hole; a pressing member mounted at the main mold to be movable from and to the pattern forming hole so as to introduce the pattern composition injected into the pattern forming hole to the main composition filled in the main space; a pattern manufacturing part prepared with a first actuator for moving the pressing member back and forth; and and an upper mold for pressing the main composition introduced into an upper side of the main space and injected into the main space. The pattern block manufacturing apparatus and the pattern block manufacturing method using the same according to the present invention have an advantage in that the pattern block having a pattern of color different from color of a main body is more easily manufactured, and compositions having materials different from each other are used at a front portion having the pattern and a rear portion of the block, thereby reducing costs generated when being manufactured. |
