A device (1) for filtering a liquid or mixture (2) at low pressure, particularly for separating wort from dregs, comprising at least one filtration chamber (3) provided with at least one intake duct for the liquid, the at least one filtration chamber (3) being connected, with the interposition of a filtering fabric (17), to manifolds (18) connected to a delivery duct (14, 8) of the liquid. In the device, the delivery duct is connected to means adapted to produce vacuum for the forced aspiration of the liquid. |
