The invention refers to medicine, in particular to oncology and may be used for early noninvasive diagnosis and for endometrial cancer confirmation. Summary of the invention consists in determining the tryptophanhydroxylase-1 messenger RNA concentration in the endometrial and myometrial tissues, and in the case when in the endometrial tissue the concentration is 2à100 times greater, it is established the endometrial cancer diagnosis.The result of the invention consists in the possibility of early differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer for determining the pre- and postoperative efficient method of treatment.
