According to the present invention, disclosed are a device for treating waste powder coating material and a method for treating waste powder coating material by using the same. The device for treating waste powder coating material comprises: a filtering unit for collecting waste powder coating material from produced powder coating material, and filtering the waste powder coating material; a dispersing unit connected with the filtering unit, and transferring and dispersing the waste powder coating material filtered by the filtering unit; and a pulverizing unit connected with the dispersing unit, and producing the dispersed waste powder coating material into a solid flake. According to the device for treating waste powder coating material and the method for treating waste powder coating material, waste powder coating material is utilized, so costs spent in wasting waste powder coating material are saved. Also, environmental contamination is reduced, and the productivity of powder coating material is improved. |
