PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since both ends of a rod-like steel material, a washer and a nut are arranged outside a sleeper, corrosion occurs due to their direct contact with a substance having corrosive nature such as water and sediment in ballast and acids contained in them in conventional sleeper connection means.SOLUTION: A first square cylindrical steel plate-made cylinder 1 for placing a rail R1 at a longitudinal sleeper position (a) is formed. A plurality of second steel plate-made cylinders 1a are integrally formed at an interval with the first steel plate-made cylinder 1 at perpendicular positions to a rail lengthwise direction. The first and the second steel plate-made cylinders 1 and 1a are formed of an upper face plate, both side face plates, and a lower face plate. A cross sleeper 2 is loosely inserted into each of the second steel plate-made cylinders 1a, and a spacer is closely mounted on both ends of each of the second steel plate-made cylinders 1a. First fluid adhesive having impermeability is injected and filled/cured around the cross sleeper 2 in each of the second steel plate-made cylinders 1a such that a closely fitted cylinder part is formed. |
