Provided are a method and apparatus for establishing a PTN service cutover plan, relating to the technical fields of data communications and packet transport network communications, and the method comprises the following steps: creating one or more cutover groups composing the PTN service cutover plan; adding a pre cutover unit including a tunnel or simulation service in each cutover group; adding a post cutover unit preparing to replace the pre cutover unit during the cutover in each cutover group, and, the pre and post cutover units are configured according to a pairing manner, or the pre and post cutover units are configured according to a non-pairing manner, or the pre and post cutover units are configured according to the pairing and non-pairing manners. By introducing the cutover units and cutover pairs, the above technical solution enables a service object to be brought into more quickly, reduces errors and enables the control of the cutover and rollback action to be more flexible at the same time. |
