PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior decorative board capable of controlling moisture, having chemical substance adsorbing and removal effects, and having excellent surface decorating effect. SOLUTION: In this board A for interior trimming formed by adhering a moisture conditioning base material 1 on a decorative sheet 4, the adhesion surface of the moisture conditioning base material 1 is treated with a sealer 2 containing a chemical substance adsorbent. Then, the decorative sheet 4 is adhered with a solvent base adhesive agent 3. Also, fine holes 6 with a diameter of 0.5 to 2.0 mm are bored in the decorative sheet by a drilling machine S so that their opening rate is made 0.5 to 2.0%.
