PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a printing element from being damaged by stationery or the like entered from the opening of a seal or being stained by ink. SOLUTION: A side plate part 71d is folded and erected through a folding part 71e on both sides of a shielding plate 71 comprising a shutter that shields the printing face of a printing element, with rigidity thereby improved against an external pressure. As a result, even if strongly pressed to the printing face side, the shutter member withstands an external pressure without bending to the printing face, eliminating problems in which the printing face is brought into contact with the shielding plate 71 and stained with the ink and in which a locked state is released by the bending, with evaporation of the ink accelerated to give rise to a sealing defect. In addition, since no warping is generated when the shutter is opened/closed for approximately 100,000 times, the locked state is free from loosening, which eliminates tendency of sealing defect through the acceleration of the ink evaporation or a problem of a printing face stained with the ink by stationery or the like entering from a lock-loosened place and coming into contact with the printing face.
