PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head unit capable of performing high-quality printing at high speed and at a low cost, and to provide a method of manufacturing the inkjet recording head unit, and an inkjet recording device. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording head unit is provided with a plurality of nozzle rows 21A where nozzle openings 21 for discharging ink are lined up and provided. A predetermined pair of nozzle rows 21A having tendencies that the ink discharge amount of ink droplets discharged from the nozzle openings 21, based on the same discharge signal is gradually decreased from one end portion side of the nozzle row 21A to the other end portion side of the nozzle row 21A, are arranged so that tendencies that the ink discharge amount of the nozzle row 21A is gradually decreased are reversed each other.
