PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that variations in threshold voltages of driving transistors become notable since a gate-source voltage of the driving transistor is low when performing a low gray scale display in which a very small amount of current is supplied to a light emitting element.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device is provided in which the effect of variations in threshold voltages of driving transistors is reduced even in low gray scale display.
