PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a pitch between wires wound around a spiral coil relatively easily.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a spiral coil 12 obtains a spiral coil formed by multiple unit-wound wires wound around consecutively spirally by gradually displacing in the direction crossing a nozzle 22 a unit-wound wire 16, which is wound around by bending a wire 11 reeled out onwards from the front end of the nozzle 22 in the same direction gradually along the front end face of the nozzle. A first and second plane surfaces 22b and 22c in parallel to an insertion hole 22a and crossing each other near the insertion hole are formed in the nozzle, and the wire 11 is bent in the range of the space where an intersection N of the first and second plane surfaces exists of the four spaces compartmented by two virtual planes M1 and M2 which are in parallel to the first and second plane surfaces and cross at the insertion hole. The wire wound around from the front end of the nozzle and going back to the nozzle is slid after contacting to the first or second plane surface in order to displace the unit-wound wire 16 in the direction crossing the nozzle gradually. |
