The invention relates to a method and device for producing structures from functional materials, particularly electrical functional materials (8). To this end, in a first method step, a homogeneous surface tension of the substrate (1) that is higher than during the normal state of the substrate is firstly created, and then the surface tension of the substrate is reduced to a lower value in a first or second region (3, 5). The first region is provided in the form of the structure to be produced. In a second method step, the functional material is applied to the substrate, this functional material being provided so that it accumulates only in the first region whereby the desired structure made of functional material is thus formed. |
