A controller of a vehicle driving device capable of preventing the output torque from varying when the speed is changed by means of a transmission provided on the output side of the driving power source. A controller of a vehicle driving device is provided with a power distributing device in a power transmission path from a driving power source to the wheels and a transmission on the output side of the power distributing device. The controller has rotational speed control means for suppressing a variation of the rotational speed of the driving power source by controlling the rotational speed of a reactive force generator until a predetermined period passes during a speed change by the transmission.
