In a digital signal transmitting system, a spread-multiplexer (104) spread-multiplexes blocks with a relationship of N1 > N2, where N1 is a number of code multiplexes of an initially transmitted block comprising information bits and a part of parity bits and N2 is a number of code multiplexes of a next transmitted block comprising the remaining parity bits.
