An LED lighting device is provided to prevent permeation of moisture inside a LED device by using a first cover and a second cover. An LED lighting device comprises a plurality of unit LED assemblies, a fixture, and a power supply unit. Each unit LED assembly includes a LED module, a frame, and a cover. A LED device more than one row is vertically installed in the LED module. A terminal supplies a power source to each LED device. The LED module is installed in one side of the frame. A heat radiation fin is formed in the other side of the frame. The cover of light transmitting material covers the LED module. The fixture horizontally fixes the unit LED assemblies. The unit LED assemblies forms a plane LED assembly(200). The power supply unit is connected to the terminal of the LED module.
