PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely clean a window glass by a comparatively simple structure. SOLUTION: While a running frame 31 of a cleaning device body 30 moves horizontally along a front glass 51, a nozzle pipe 35 for front side and a nozzle pipe 38 for lower side spurt a diluted cleaning liquid. Thereafter, while the running frame 31 of the device body 30 moves along the front glass 51, the nozzle pipe 35 for front side and the nozzle pipe 38 for lower side spurt a pressurized cleaning water, and an air blasting mechanism 36 spurts a pressurized air so that the cleaning water adhered on the front glass 51 and the lower glass 52 are blown away. Thereafter, while the running frame 31 of the device body 30 moves along the front glass 51, the air blasting mechanism 36 spurts the pressurized air so that water drops adhered on the front glass 51 and the lower glass 52 are removed.
