A mobile terminal having a function of fixing a camera position is provided to reduce the number of components and shorten a fabrication and assembly time. A terminal body includes hinge parts(15a,15b) formed at one side thereof. A module housing(43) includes a body(44a) having a space for receiving a camera module(31), one side thereof being rotatably inserted with a certain depth into the hinge parts(15a,15b), an extending portion(44b) extending along a rotational axial line direction of the body(44a) at an end portion of the insertion side of the body(44a), and a disk type portion(44c) rotatably formed at one side of the extending portion(44b) and having a plurality of protrusion receiving parts(47) at a surface of the side of the extending part(44b). A bushing is made of a synthetic resin in a cylindrical shape and includes a protrusion(53) for being selectively received in one of the protrusion receiving parts(47).
