PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the defects of not precisely preventing the floating in a conventional device for preventing the floating of a nursery bed because of the deformation caused by the force for lift of the nursery bed because a lever part for preventing the nursery bed from floating at the opposite side of a supporting shaft is formed into a free end when the nursery bed floats. SOLUTION: Two or more floating-preventing devices 17 of the seedlings have upper shafts 19 installed on the upper end sides and lower shafts 18 installed on the lower end sides, and the lever part for preventing the nursery bed from floating, having a lower linear part and a tilted part raised from the end part of the lower linear part fixed to the lower shaft 18. The floating-preventing device 17 also has upper props 22 and lower props 21 each stood on side walls at the right and left ends of a seedling-carrying platform 1 and each partitioning wall, and a shaft-engaging body 23 having a notched opening (a) formed at the upper part of the lower prop 21. Lower shafts 18 of two or more floating-preventing devices 17 of the seedlings are attached to the openings (a) of the shaft-engaging bodies 23 respectively so as to be detachable by deforming the floating-preventing devices 17 of the seedlings, and the length of the lower linear part of the floating-preventing lever of the nursery bed is constituted so as to be nearly equal to the distance between the upper prop 22 and the lower prop 21.
