A secondary battery pack according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: multiple secondary battery modules which include multiple secondary battery cells stacked in a row in upper and lower directions, a cover which covers the uppermost surface of the secondary cells and can rotate around a rotation axis, each horizontal center part of one side and the other side of a horizontal direction, and a switch installed to the upper side of the horizontal end of the cover; a housing for receiving each secondary battery module therein; and a relay which is electrically connected to the secondary battery cells and the switches, respectively. The relay includes a PRA which transfers charging power supplied from the outside in a close state to the secondary battery cells and is changed into an open state when the switch is pressurized by a pressure applied from the lower surface of the cover to the upper side; and a BMS which controls the PRA.
