PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinal implant which eliminates the need to estimate the overall amount of material to be pre-loaded and prevents the material from falling out of the implant during an implantation process.SOLUTION: A spinal implant 10 that allows fluid injection of material is disclosed. The implant includes a fitting with a passage 24 and holes 16 that are in fluid communication with the passage. The holes extend through an upper surface 12 and a lower surface 14 and/or into a central cavity 18 of the implant. The implant allows material to be introduced into the implant after initial implantation thereof. Methods of implanting the implant are also disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
