The present invention relates to a facility to reduce non-point pollution materials on a road, which comprises: an inflow part including a rain receptacle which is formed at one side of the road and is open upwardly, and a perforated drain pipe which has one side connected to the rain receptacle and has multiple discharge holes and is extended in a width direction on a lower part of the road; a movement path comprising a checking part which is a hollow open upwardly at both side of the width direction of the road and a hollow passage which has both sides connected to the checking part, is formed on a lower part of the road and has a perforated bottom where multiple discharge holes are formed; and multiple filter medium modules comprised at a passage of a lower path of the perforated drain pipe. The perforated drain pipe is located on the passage and has one side connected to the rain receptacle. The filter medium module includes: a hollow storage part which is upwardly opened and has a draining hole; a filter part formed in the storage part; and a wheel formed at a lower part of the storage part. |
