The present invention relates to an air curtain occurrence member of a paint scatter-proof cover for an airless spray gun, as an improved invention of a Korean patent application 10-2015-0172429. Wherein, air is sprayed on an outline in a lower end of a scatter-proof cover such that the air curtain is formed, and thus a scattered paint is prevented from being spread by the air curtain, and further the scattered paint after being collided on the coated surface is coated by the air curtain. An air curtain occurrence member (100) is configured as the same shape as the outline in the lower end (60) of the scatter-proof cover (S) so that the air curtain can be formed around the coated surface by the sprayed air, on the outline in the lower end (60) of the scatter-proof cover (S), and the inside of the air curtain occurrence member (100) is formed with a tubular shape such that air is introduced from the exterior and the air is simultaneously sprayed to each spray hole. The air curtail occurrence member includes a ventilation tube (110) whose both ends are connected to be ventilated and a plurality of spray holes (120) to form the air curtain (140) with the shape of the outline in the lower end (60) of the scatter-proof cover (S) while simultaneously spraying the air to the lower side of the ventilation tube (110). |
