PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-STEAP (six transmembrane epithelial antigens of the prostate)-1 antibodies and immunoconjugates thereof for treating prostate cancer, in particular, disease unresponsive to androgen blocking.SOLUTION: Provided is an antibody that binds to STEAP-1 comprising at least one heavy chain (HC) variable region (HVR) selected from HVR-H1 comprising a specified amino acid sequence, HVR-H2 comprising another specified amino acid sequence and HVR-H3 comprising still another specified amino acid sequence. Also provided is an antibody that binds to STEAP-1 comprising at least one heavy chain framework region (FR) selected from HC-FR1 comprising a specified amino acid sequence, HC-FR2 comprising another specified amino acid sequence, HC-FR3 comprising still another specified amino acid sequence and HC-FR4 comprising still another specified amino acid sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
