PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of burrs by preventing deformation of confluent parts of a movable mold and a fixed mold. SOLUTION: In the structure of a mold for a synthetic resin pallet for molding a skid S' composed of a non-foamed surface layer and an inside foamed part by injecting a molten resin into a cavity C formed by an ejector box sealed space A1, the movable mold 7, and the fixed mold 12 while a compressed gas is injected into the cavity C, the hardness (Rockwell hardness) of the movable mold and the fixed mold positioned in the confluent zone of the molten resin is made larger than that of the other parts. Since the hardness (Rockwell hardness) of the movable mold and the fixed mold positioned in the confluent zone of the molten resin is made larger than that of the other parts, the deformation of the confluent parts of the movable mold and the fixed mold can be prevented, so that the occurrence of the burrs can be prevented.
