PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination therapy useful as a malignant tumor therapeutic agent.SOLUTION: We found out that by combining bendamustine and sepantronium, enhanced therapeutic effect on a malignant tumor can be obtained and completed the invention. The composition for the treatment of malignant tumor contains, as an active ingredient, sepantronium, which is used for the combination therapy with bendamustine of the invention, and can be used in the treatment of various malignant tumors, such as lymphoma, leukaemia, multiple myeloma, and solid carcinoma, especially, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
