PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for a multi-core cable whose assembly work is facilitated and can be held in a holder with high holding power without deforming a wire.SOLUTION: A seal structure for a multi-core cable comprises: a multi-core cable in which a plurality of wires are enclosed with a sheath and the plurality of wires are led out of an end of the sheath; a seal member through which each of the plurality of wires penetrates and which is externally fitted to an end of the sheath; and a holder including a sheath holding part for holding the sheath and a seal member holding part for holding the seal member. The sheath is provided with a sheath-side rib protruding outsides and extending in a circumferential direction and the sheath holding part is provided with a holder-side rib protruding insides, with a plurality of at least one of the sheath-side ribs and the holder-side ribs, the other rib being fitted between the plurality of the one of the ribs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
