PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin material excellent in solderability as a heat exchanger while satisfying high strength and high conductivity after soldering in a DC preparation.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum alloy fin material consisting of an aluminum alloy having a composition containing Mn:1.0 to 2.0%, Cu:0.01 to 0.20%, Si:0.5 to 1.3%, Fe:0.1 to 0.5% and Zn:1.0 to 3.0% and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, bearing force at a heating temperature of 250°C or less of 140 MPa or more and that at the heating temperature of 450°C or more of 80 MPa or less during soldering heating, tensile strength of 140 MPa or more, bearing force of 50 MPa or more, conductivity of 42%IACS or more, average crystal particle diameter of 150 μm or more, for example sheet thickness of 80 μm or less after soldering, and capable of soldering by achieving both of high strength and high conductivity after soldering and good in strength change during soldering heating by adjustment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
