1. A pharmaceutical composition for treating male sexual dysfunctions, comprising a pharmaceutically active component comprising a combination of compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates or N-oxides thereof, the combination selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a combination of compound A and compound B; (b) a combination of compound A and compound C; (c) a combination of compound B and compound D; (d) a combination of compound C and compound D; (e) a combination of compound A, compound B and compound C; and (f) a combination of compound B, compound C and compound D; and (g) a combination of compound A, compound B, compound C and compound D, wherein compound A is a prostaglandin compound; compound B is a nonspecific phosphodiesterase inhibitor of formula I: wherein each of R1, R2 and R3 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6 alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl and heteroaryl, each of which is further optionally substituted; compound C is an antispasmodic compound having an isoquinoline moiety; and compound D is a non-selective α-adrenergic blocker. |
