<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device with a built-in one-way clutch of a compact shape, facilitating mounting work of a seal member. <P>SOLUTION: In the pulley device with built-in one-way clutch 10, at least one of a pair of support bearing is formed of a roller bearing 14a, and a bearing outer ring raceway surface 16b of the roller bearing 14a and a clutch outer ring raceway surface 16a of a one-way clutch 13 are formed by an outer ring member 16 fitted to the inner circumferential surface of a pulley 12.
