The present application relates to an organic light emitting device including a flexible substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the steps of: 1) forming a polyimide layer on a carrier substrate; 2) forming a plastic substrate on the carrier substrate and the polyimide layer; 3) forming an organic light emitting device on the plastic substrate; and 4) separating the carrier substrate.
