The present invention relates to a reactive type name card producing system which enables a user to easily produce a desired name card in a mobile device, a tablet PC, or a PC. The present invention includes: a communication network (102); a reactive type name card producing server (104) which is connected with the communication network (102) and provides a reactive type name card producing tool; and a user terminal (106) which receives the reactive type name card producing tool from the reactive type name card producing server (104) through the communication network (102) and displays the received reactive type name card producing tool to a user. The reactive type name card producing server (104) includes: a master control unit (200) which controls the reactive type name card producing server by a preset program; a key input unit (202) which receives a key input from a manager by being electrically connected to the master control unit (200) and sends the inputted key signal to the master control unit (200); a reactive type name card tool providing unit (204) which provides an application of the reactive type name card producing tool for the user terminal (106) according to the control signal of the master control unit (200) in case of a connection of the user terminal (106) by being electrically connected to the master control unit (200); and a payment unit (206) which provides a payment signal for the user terminal (106) according to the control signal of the master control unit (200) in case the user terminal (106) is electrically connected with the master control unit (200).
