A distribution management system including a distribution box with an attached tilt sensor and a navigation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the distribution box attaching the tilt sensor which generates a tilt signal according to a tilt state thereof and including an alarm signal output unit which outputs an alarm signal according to the control of the navigation device; and the navigation device maintaining a standing-residence locality table where at least one piece of standing state information and residence locality information corresponding to each of the standing state information are recorded, reading the standing state information and the residence locality information corresponding to the tilt signal received from the distribution box, and controlling to enable the distribution box to output the alarm signal via the alarm signal output unit if the read residence locality information corresponds to a current position.
