<p>discloses compositions comprising (a) a polymorphic form A1 of the inner salt of cyclo-(Arg-Gly-Asp-DPhe-NMeVal), wherein the polymorphich form has a solubility between 3mg/ml and 15mg/ml, (b)one or mor amphiphilic compounds having a molar weight in the range of 200 g/mol to 2000 g/ml and (c) water, with the provisio that the sums of (a), (b) and (c) add up to 70% or more w/v of the total composition and that at least 10% w/v of the contained polymorphic form A1 is present in the composition in a suspended or suspendable solid form.</p> |
