<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose document output device and document output method having the degree of freedom in planning the form of output documents even if result data stored in a record storage section is huge, and reducing access to the record storage part along the planned form to attain rapid and easy output. <P>SOLUTION: The document output device has a document information inquiry processing section for acquiring document names and document table configuration information from a document management section, and an output information acquiring and processing section for acquiring table numbers from a document table number management table, acquiring variable items for every table number and every SQL display from a document table variable management table and acquiring calculation expressions for every table number and every SQL display from an SQL management table, upon the input of a document table name, and outputting a processed result by applying the calculation expressions to every variable item for every table number and every SQL display on result data, from a result data table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
