PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical antenna 1 which can achieve compaction, wideband, and stabilization of impedance.SOLUTION: A helical antenna 1 is ground type and operates in composite mode where series resonance mode and parallel resonance mode occur simultaneously. The helical antenna 1 has a length of 1/4-2 times of the wavelength λ of carrier, a diameter D of 1/2069-1 times of the wavelength λ, an axial length h of 1/857-1 times of the wavelength λ, and a pitch p of 1/6667-1/6000 times of the wavelength λ. |
