PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the gas in a furnace at a low oxygen concentration by eliminating the flowing of outside air into a reflow furnace by preventing the movement of the gas in the reflow furnace. SOLUTION: In a reflow furnace 100, a plurality of heating zones are arranged along a transportation path 30, and an electronic component 22 is soldered to a substrate 20 that is transported on the transportation path 30 with hot air circulated in the heating zones. An air blow device 70 is arranged on an inlet side 14 and an outlet side 16 of the transportation path 30. It jets the air to the outside of the furnace, and the amount of gas in the furnace, a part of which is exhausted by guiding of the air stream that has been jetted, is adjusted to be equal on both the inlet side 14 and the outlet side 16 of the transportation path 30.
